SIMON HAMILTON - INTERIOR DESIGNER

Simon recently fulfilled his obligations as International Director for the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) by leading a delegation of interior designers on a Design Mission to Chicago. Coinciding with NeoCon World Trade Fair, this was organised  with the collaboration and vital connections of US based designer James Charles. The trip featured  a full schedule of panel discussions, forums, receptions and design focused events. The full report will soon be highlighted on here as well as on the newly launched website for the BIID. Sponsored by Sub Zero and supported by the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Chicago Home & Garden, Designer at Home and  the IIDA, the mission proved to be the start of a long relationship with this city of art and architecture.
