Futurising Festival June 29th & 30th

Always keen to mentor the designers of the future, our Director Simon Hamilton took part in the 2 day Futurising Festival held at the old Nicholls & Clarke Building in Shoreditch. The panel discussion, organised by  the British Institute of Interior Design, focused on how to get started in the interior design industry to an audience of recent or soon to be graduates. Simon joined other BIID members Lori Pinkerton-Rolet of Grove Park Design Ltd, multiple award-winning Christopher Dezille of Honky and Victoria Meale of Victoria Meale Design in the panel discussion. Talking to some of the audience afterwards, it was apparent there is always a need for guidance for those starting out in the design world.
