“We wanted to completely redesign our house and a friend who had used Simon Hamilton recommended him to us. Right from the beginning Simon took control and made the process very easy. We had various meetings at locations of our choice i.e. work or home and Simon then produced a budget, design concept and project plan very quickly. Simon did not push his ideas on us – he merely presented various options for discussion. Once the basic concept was agreed by everyone Simon set about arranging the various tradesmen that would be required and going to suppliers to procure the furnishings. As the project proceeded we had weekly meetings with Simon to ensure we were all happy with the process and made any adjustments to the project as and when required. The project lasted for about 5 months and at the end we were absolutely delighted with the results. We still have a ‘wow’ factor long after the project was completed.
